1) You: Commission your risk-free, custom-built AI Phone Agent Trial,  answer a few key questions, book and attend a Pre-Boarding/Demo Call.

2) We: Build, train, test, demonstrate and deploy your new AI Phone Agent. (Typically, we delivered in 3-days or less (if ordered weekdays before 1 pm Eastern). However, speech, tone and inflection optimization may take up to 30 days based on usage.)

3) AI Agent(s): Start answering your unattended inbound calls and messages, and/or making outbound calls at your direction. Yes, we have setup fees.  Our setup fees for AI Voice Pro and AI Voice Call Center start at $4000 and $18,000 respectively. The setup can be payable in 2 payments. First, upon ordering, a nominal payments may be negotiated. (These payments are good-faith deposits to deter abuse of the custom-built trials.) At the end of the trials, the balance of the setup fees are due. IMPORTANT NOTE: A 50% discount will be applied to your setup fees if you agree to a semi-annual or annual commitment with at least quarterly payments.

Setup includes configuration and testing as follows: 1) discovery, onboarding and appropriate AI Conversation Flow scoping; 2) AI Agent partitioning, constraints and security; 3) AI Agent training, management, workflow routing, speech optimization, alpha/beta testing and deployment; and lastly 4) 30- to 120-days of human monitored AI-training, knowledge-base and speech fine-tuning (where appropriate), recalibration and re-deployment.

We have found that rarely do serious buyers want a refund, but rather certainty that our services and software effectively meet and satisfy clearly stated and realistic business needs. Therefore, we provide our clients with certainty that we will clearly and objectively gather, define and meet mutually agreeable criteria during the trial period.

Also, we address any misalignments of expectations by allowing our customers to use our services risk-free for up to a 21-day trial period before processing a subscription fee. This trial period is to allow serious prospects an active evaluation period with full access to our specialists. Requests for refunds will not be considered until the 91st day of the subscription. Refunds will be contingent upon timely payment of all bills and the good-faith usage of our services.
